1  Usage

1.1  By using the Site, you indicate that you accept the Terms and that you agree to abide by them.

3  Liability

3.1  Wyldecrest Parks Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Site without notice. Wyldecrest Parks Management will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4  Intellectual property rights

4.1  Wyldecrest Parks Management is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

4.2  You may print off a copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal reference.

4.3  You will not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you will not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

4.4  You will at all times acknowledge Wyldecrest Parks Management or any contributors as the authors of material on the Site.

4.5  You will not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes

5 Reliability of Information

5.1  All materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Wyldecrest parks Management therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials.

6.1  If a fault occurs with the Site you should report it using our ‘Contact Us‘ form

7  Our liability

7.1  The Site is provided without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied.

7.2  Wyldecrest Parks Management will under no circumstances be held liable for damages to you nor any other person arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site including but not limited to: loss of revenue or anticipated profits; loss of data; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; injury to reputation; losses suffered by third parties; and any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages.

8  Misuse

8.1  You will not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing malicious or technologically harmful material. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. If you do, you will be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Wyldecrest Parks Management will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

8.2  WPM are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or the downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

9.1  Any link to another websites is not an endorsement.

10  Applicable law

10.1  The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to a visit to the Site.

10.2  The Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.

11  Variations

11.1  WPM does not guarantee the availability nor the functionality of the Site.

11.2  WPM may revise the Terms at any time by amending this page.

Part Exchange Special Offer

I. Part Exchange special offer is valid for customers who place a deposit on a residential park home and exchange contracts between 9.00am on 13th august 2018 and 23.59pm on 31st December 2018. Part exchange is only available for customers buying directly from Wyldecrest Parks. Minimum deposit of £5,000 on your new park home is required. Offer is not valid for private sales. Exchange to happen within 21 days of agreeing the part-exchange offer; this is subject to searches, surveys and solicitors’ availability. Completion of the part-exchange sale will be done within 9 months.
II. You will still be responsible for your mortgage payments, buildings and contents insurance, utility costs and any other property related costs until the day of completion with Wyldecrest Parks or a sub buyer. Negotiations regarding marketing, viewings and offers on the part exchange property will be dealt with by Wyldecrest Parks to ensure the onward sale completes swiftly. Customer will be required to provide an EPC Energy Performance Certificate prior to exchange of contracts. Customer must provide access for all viewings as arranged with the appointed estate agents. III. Wyldecrest Parks will reimburse up to £750 (inclusive of VAT) towards your standard conveyancing costs. Any extra fees or any other associated costs will be covered by you (customer).
IV. All part exchange special offer deals done within the referred timeframe will get a free complimentary removal service. Wyldecrest Parks will cover the removal costs up to the equivalent of a 2 bed property direct move within England, Scotland and Wales, only with our chosen provider. Wyldecrest will also provide transit insurance agreed with the service provider and up to £20 for any tolls and parking charges incurred during the direct move. This offer is only available for removals with a partner company chosen by Wyldecrest Parks. Free removals are only available Monday to Friday during normal working hours (8am – 6pm). Weekends are subject to surcharges which must be paid by the customer. For direct removals within a 20 mile radius of origin address, a quick free direct removal is available Monday to Friday, for collections before 9am, with access at the delivery address upon arrival, and with completion of the move no later than 2pm. In this case, access to all goods intended for removal must be made available from 8am. Delivery address shall always be located on a Wyldecrest Park. Any additional costs associated with the removal service and not stated in this agreement will be the responsibility of the customer; those include, but are not limited to: storage services, weekend work, extra working hours and parking/suspension/toll charges above £20. Wyldecrest Parks will request your permission to pass over your contact details on to the removal company. Wyldecrest Parks will not be held responsible for any problems or delays occurring during the removal process; such matters will need to be addressed directly with the service provider. Wyldecrest Parks will not liaise with the service provider on behalf of the customer but, whenever possible, we will endeavor to facilitate communication. Wyldecrest Parks will only be responsible for paying the fees stated in these terms; the customer will be the direct client of the allocated removal company and will need to refer to the removal company’s own terms and conditions.
V. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Wyldecrest Deluxe Collection

Wyldecrest Deluxe Collection includes: a) Gourmet Dining experience; b) Luxury Gift selection; c) Sumptuous champagne and truffles hamper; d) Pampering Spa day; e) Retail Therapy Day. The complimentary deluxe welcome package is pre-included in the purchase of selected park homes and models. Subject to availability. The deluxe complimentary package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative monies will be given. The deluxe welcome package, in the form of gift vouchers and/or gifts chosen by Wyldecrest Parks, has a maximum retail value of £660. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to replace one or more items included in this package; if that happens, those will be replaced by similar items in either its nature or retail value. The vouchers and gifts will be awarded to the Wyldecrest customers within 28 days after the date they moved in onto their new park home on a Wyldecrest residential park. The deluxe package only applies to deposits taken after 16th July 2018. Customers who may have purchased a park home before this date, or have put a deposit down before the mentioned date, won’t be eligible. This offer is not available for customers who have cancelled their sale before 16th July 2018 and re-started it within 6 months. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Wyldecrest Parks Lifestyle Packages

Wyldecrest Lifestyle Packages are worth up to £500: a) Pamper Package has a value of £50; b) Gourmet experience package has a value of £100; c) Retail Therapy package has a value of £250; d) Travel package has a value of £500. Lifestyle packages are pre-included in a purchase of a park home, unless stated otherwise. Packages are allocated to homes for sale and vary between models and parks. Subject to availability. Packages are non-changeable, non-transferable and no alternative monies will be offered. Packages, in the form of gift vouchers chosen by Wyldecrest Parks, will be given to Wyldecrest customers within 28 days after the date they moved in onto their new home on a Wyldecrest Residential Park. Lifestyle packages are only available on selected residential homes and only when advertised. The lifestyle range only applies for deposits taken after 30th June 2018. Customers who may have purchased a park home before this date, or have put a deposit down before the mentioned date, won’t be eligible. This offer is not available for customers who have cancelled their sale before the 30th June 2018 and re-started it within 6 months. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw these offers at any time..

FREE Removal Service with Summer Wyldeness Offer

Wyldecrest Parks will cover the removal costs up to the equivalent of a 2 bed property direct move within England, Scotland and Wales. This offer is only available in conjunction with the Summer Wyldeness promotion, available only on selected parks and models, and is subject to availability. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise. This service can be used for overseas customers under the agreement of further terms and conditions; please contact Wyldecrest for more information on those. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

£5,000 OFF your new Park Home on selected parks

£5,000 off offer only applies to new park home purchases on Gattington, Saltmarshe Castle and Westover parks, part of Wyldecrest Parks, and it is limited to availability. Promotion runs between 9.00h on 1st March 2018 and 23.59h on 31st May 2018 and is only applicable for deposits taken within the same period. Discount will be applied to the final price of the home. Sales must be completed within 6 months from deposit date. Sales completion means that all monies must be paid to Wyldecrest Parks within the referred timeframe. Wyldecrest cannot be held responsible for any delays related with manufacturing and/or transportation. Offer is for new customers only. Existing customers, including those cancelling and re-starting their purchases on or after 1st March 2018, will not be eligible for this offer. Promotion excludes any connection fees, pitch fees or any other associated costs/payments related with the purchase. Prices of new park homes vary per park, manufacturer, model and availability. Models of new park homes are subject to manufacturer’s availability. Site and pitch fees will apply. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no monies or vouchers alternatives will be available. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Sales are subject to Wyldecrest Parks’ usual terms and conditions which can be provided upon request. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this promotion and remove the adverts from air and/or circulation immediately if high demand can’t be addressed accordingly.

Removal Services – Quotation Request

When requesting a quotation for removal services, you consent to us passing on your current postal address and new park address in order for our removal services partners to provide an initial quotation. No other personal details are passed onto our partners at this stage. If you decide to go ahead and utilise the removal services, we will contact you to gain your full consent to pass on your personal data to the relevant removals partner in order that they can communicate with you to schedule and complete your removals.

Sell My Home

The Wyldecrest Part Exchange Scheme is only available to customers that want to sell their home to purchase a Wyldecrest Residential Park Home on a Wyldecrest Park.

Residential Home Owner Referral Scheme

£1,000 can be earned if a Wyldecrest Parks owner refers someone who goes onto buying a brand new park home on a Wyldecrest park. Offer is only available to Wyldecrest Owners making a referral. The referral introduction must be made in writing via the completion of the Owner referral form. The potential referred customer must be initially introduced to Wyldecrest parks by the owner and the referral introduction must be made in writing, prior to any home purchase, via the completion of the appropriate owner’s referral form. Referral claims made after the first contact between our company and the potential customer won’t be considered. If the referral is made directly to a member of our team on park, a Referral Form must filled by the customer and the respective sales manager and must be sent to Head Office attached to the customer enquiry form. Referrals made once, during or after the sales process being initiated won’t be considered.

The park home purchase must be fully completed by the referred customer within 6 months of the referral date for any monies to be awarded. This offer is not valid for referrals on customers who had previously canceled and/or re-started a sale, even if it’s on a different park.

Referrals are paid in cash. Sale must be completed prior to any monies being awarded. Sales completion means that all monies must be paid to Wyldecrest within the referred timeframe. The home must be purchased directly from Wyldecrest Parks. Referral schemes can’t be used by Wyldecrest employees and/or park managers. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

20% off holidays for friends and family

This offer is only available to family and friends of Wyldecrest Parks residential and holiday home owners. The name of the owner and relationship must be confirmed at time of booking to receive the 20% holiday discount and must be paid in full within 7 days. Wyldecrest Parks reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or vouchers and is subject to availability. This offer applies to a minimum 3 night break and excludes all bookings made at Badgers Retreat. The discount can only be applied to off peak holidays.
